CUSTOM NECKLACE REPAIR FEE

We will repair, free of charge, any spaced letter necklace that has been damaged within 30 days of purchase due to defect.  If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair. After 30 days, all repairs will be $35. This includes labor and return shipping.  Additional shipping will be added at check out. To start the repair process, please email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, item name, a description of the repair and picture. Once we have received your email, please allow 48 hours for a personalizedresponse and return instructions.
